The interesting thing is that it only started snowing 2 days ago - there was nothing before that. A lovely
fresh snow cover this morning at -11 degrees. The maximum today will be -8. Steve
cooked an omelette for breakfast and then off to Maccas for a coffee, “medium
warmth” clothes on for the dash into the warm cafe. I ordered a large latte
forgetting that “large” translates to “huge” over here! After a leisurely chat
we dropped Steve home and Dianne and I went to the supermarket: such a huge
variety of food here! Outside is very cold but it’s more the icy wind on your
face than the general temperature that’s quite startling. Tonight we're going to their cell group Christmas Pot Luck.
